Island Glow recommends Dawn (only the blue) Liquid Soap. Clean your mitt after each use to prevent nasty bacteria build up. Bacteria grows in moist places and can cause clogged pores, acne, breakouts and nasty fungus growth on skin. ----- How to clean: 1. Wet mitt with warm water 2. Squirt Dawn (blue) liquid soap to clean thoroughly 3. Rinse soap out until water runs clear 4. Set up (I use my self tanning bottle as the stand) to air dry 5. You can reuse in 24hrs
